Oleta Kay Elmore 60 of Vale died Thursday, March 29th, 2018 at her residence. Born February 16th, 1958 she was the daughter of the late James Lail and Mary Frazier Lail. She was an employee of Timken Company. She will be missed by many friends and family.
A daughter and daughter-in-law, Dara Ann Elmore and Tiffianna Elmore of Durham; three sisters, Helen Smith of Valdese, Libby Helms and husband Bobby of Lincolnton and Genny Lail of Mountain View; three brothers, Bill Lail of Vale, Richard Lail and wife Sharon of Virginia and Max Lail and wife Cathy of Vale; two grandchildren, Tallulah Mae Elmore and Zelda Honey Elmore survive her.
In addition to her parents, two brothers, Thomas Lail and Johnny Lail preceded her in death.
A Memorial service will be 11:00 am Wednesday, April 4th, 2018 at Jenkins Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Aaron Causby officiating.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 am-11:00 am Wednesday, April 4th, 2018, prior to the service at Jenkins Funeral Home.
