Paul Holtsclaw

Paul Allen Holtsclaw, 52 of Connelly Springs died Sunday, March 27th, 2016 at Burke Hospice and Palliative Care. Born March 3rd, 1964 he was the son of Louise Holtsclaw Benfield of Icard and the late Paul Allen Holtsclaw, Sr. In addition to his mother, Louise Holtsclaw Benfield and step father, Truey of Icard, his significant other, Jessica Stewart and her two children; four daughters, Haley Minton and husband Coy of Connelly Springs, Neelie Holtsclaw of Morganton, Siarria Hildebran of TN and Maggie Holtsclaw of Connelly Springs; a son, Jonathan Holtsclaw of Connelly Springs; a step son, Bryan Shook of Connelly Springs; a sister, Paula Riddle and husband Robert of Connelly Springs; 17 grandchildren; a niece and numerous aunts and uncles survive him. In addition to his father, his maternal grandparents, Rev. Clyde and Flavie Houston, paternal grandparents, Roger and Lilly Holtsclaw, preceded him in death. The funeral will be 5:00pm Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at Shoup's Grove Baptist Church with Bobby Holtsclaw, J.C. Bradley and Ken Houston officiating. The family will receive friends from 4-5:00pm Wednesday at the church.
