Phyllis Farris

Phyllis Adams Farris, 75, of Hickory died Sunday, January 2, 2022 at her residence. Born November 11th, 1946 she was the daughter of the late Clyde and Gladys Adams. She loved the Lord and her family. She was an active member of Victory Above Only Ministries for 37 years.

Two daughters, Kim Wright (Tim) and Crystal Wiggins (Tony); a sister, Peggy Murphy (Bill); eleven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren survive her.

In addition to her parents, her husband, Danny Farris; a son, James Farris; a daughter, Jodi Honeycutt; a sister, Betty Ledford; two brother, Mick Adams and Larry Adams; and a great grand-daughter, Amelia Burton preceded her in death.

The funeral will be 4:00 P.M. Friday, January 7, 2022 at Victory Above Only Ministries with pastor David Robinson officiating. The family will receive friends from 3:00-4:00P.M. at the church and burial will follow at the church cemetery.
