Plia Vang

Plia Vang, 91 of George Hildebran School Rd., Connelly Springs died Monday, October 3, 2011 at her residence. Born July 6, 1920 in Laos, she was the daughter of Chong Koua Vang. Two daughters, Tria Vue of Fresno, CA and Kaying Vue of Thailand; two sons, Cha Xia Vue of the home and Kao Vue of Sacramento, CA; three sisters; 20 grand-children and 11 great grand-children survive her. Her late husband, Ka Cha Vue preceded her in death. The Hmong funeral will begin Friday, October 14, 2011, and continue Saturday, October 15, 2011 and Sunday, October 16, 2011, in the Startown Gathering Center of Jenkins Funeral Home on Startown Road, Newton.
