Ranelle Sanders McNeely, 84, of Hickory passed away Sunday, September 3, 2023, at Trinity Ridge. Born April 19th, 1939 in South Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Ralph Cole Sanders and Ruby Nell Sanders.
She is survived by her daughter, Melanie (Yogi) McNeely Callender (Howard ) of Wilmington; a sister, Jean Hampton (Ronnie) of Conover, and quite a few nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Ralph and Nell Sanders, she is preceded in death by her sons, Thomas Daniel McNeely and Daniel Scott McNeely; and her sister Polly Dee.
She was a Registered Nurse for many years at Frye Regional Medical Center. She was a long time member of the Huntington Hills Church of God. Her favorite past times were golf and reading books and being with FAMILY.
A Graveside Service will be 11AM, Monday September 11th, 2023 at Catawba Memorial Park, located at 3060 US Hwy 70 SE, Hickory, NC 28602.
