Ray Minton

Ray Franklin Minton, 55 of Vale died Wednesday, January 27th, 2016 at 7512 Palm Tree Dr. Born November 23rd, 1960 he was the son Betty Russell Hefner of Conover and the late James Monroe Minton. His wife of 33 years, Hilda Adams Minton of the home; a daughter, Amie Minton of Vale; a son, Kevin Minton of Hickory; a sister, Patricia Minton Fortner of Conover; two brothers, Adam Hefner of Conover, and Bobby Hefner of Conover; a granddaughter, Summer Travis of Vale survive him. A memorial service will be 3:00 pm Saturday, January 30th, 2016 at Northbrook Baptist Church 7421 Flay Rd. Cherryville, NC with Pastor Robert Wise officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the church. In lieu of flowers memorials may be sent to Northbrook Baptist Church 7421 Flay Rd.
