Richard Carroll

Richard Anthony Carroll 77 of Charlotte died Saturday, August 5th, 2017 at his residence. Born February 25th, 1940, he was the son of the late George Augustus Carroll and Hallie Bingham Carroll. He was a US Air Force Veteran.   His wife of 56 years Erma Raye Carroll of Charlotte; a daughter, Christina Wallace and husband Scott of Lincolnton; a son, Tony Carroll and wife Carol Ann of Jefferson, SC; grandchildren, Joel Carroll (Amanda), Scottie Wallace (Brittany), Justin Carroll (Lynsee), Stephen Wallace (Lauren), Zacharie Wallace (Alison), Jared Carroll (Brittany), James Carroll (Tyler), Nik Wallace, Katie Whiffen(Josh), Nicholas Addington, Kally Addington; great grandchildren, Gracyn, Chaz, Ashton, Julliette, Paisley, Christopher, Bristol, Archer and Raylen survive him. Two brothers, George Kenneth Carroll and James Carroll preceded him in death. A Gathering of Friends will be 6-8:00 pm Wednesday, August 9th, 2017 at Celebration Center of Jenkins Funeral Home.
