Robert Franklin Brockwell, 73, of Hickory died Tuesday, April 16th, 2019 at Frye Regional Medical Center. Born January 7th, 1946 he was the son of the late Junior Lee Brockwell and Annie Mae Lowe Brockwell.
In addition to his wife of 34 years Donna Christie Brockwell; five daughters Tonya Brockwell of Hickory, Robin Brockwell of Granite Falls, Tracy Carpenter and husband Brent of Hickory, Samantha Brockwell of Charlotte, Barbara Hilton of Hickory; three sons Christopher Brockwell of Asheville, Joseph Brockwell and wife Melody of Asheville, Kevin Hensley of Granite Falls; 6 grandchildren Zackery, Lauren, Alexandria, Dylan, Joey JR., Hayden; and two great grandchildren Kash and Lacey survive him.
In addition to his parents; his brother Darrell Brockwell and his grand daughter Lacie Messer preceded him in death.
A Celebration of Life will be held 2:00 pm Friday April 19, 2019 at Foster Seventh Day Advent Church at 375 Hendersonville Road Asheville, NC 28803.
The family will receive friends following the service at the Church.
Jenkins Funeral Home staff is not involved in the memorial service at the church.
