Robert Millard Ward 80 of Hickory passed away Sunday, December 20, 2020 at his home. Born, November 1st, 1940 he was the son of Millard Pinkney Ward and Effie Lee Houston Ward.
Two daughters Robin Reynolds and husband Chris of Hickory, Paige Wright of Hickory; Mike Ward and wife Lori of Conover; Rodney Ward and Gerri of Vale, Todd Ward and wife Brenda of Hickory; Grandchildren Amanda, Megan, Gage, Josh, Zac, Madison, Seth, Makayla, Amber, Natalie, Christopher and 13 great grandchildren survive him.
In addition to his parents, his wife of 52 years Margaret Faye Houser Ward; a sister Jeanette; and brothers Donald and Sam Ward preceded him in death.
A Graveside Service will be 12:00 pm Wednesday, December 30th, 2020 at Zion Lutheran Church Cemetery with Pastor David Crump officiating.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Carolina Caring 3975 Robinson Road Newton NC 28658
