Ronald Sigmon

Ronald Eugene Sigmon, 68, of Hickory went to be with his Lord and Savior Saturday, March 11, 2023 at Carolina Caring Sherrills Ford Hospice House. Born May 19th, 1954 he was the son of the late Floyd and Virginia Sigmon.
He was a member of the Coin Club in Marion and the Hickory Gospel Hall. He was saved and he was a born again Christian.
He is survived by his three children Michael Eugene Sigmon, Cathy (Abel) Salinas, and Julie (Bryan) Countess, his grandson Dwayne Cazire, his brothers Melvin Sigmon and Harvey Sigmon, and his nieces and nephews Sonya Lackey, Jimmy Lail, Lorie Lail, Brandon Lail, Sonya Singletary, Jennifer Elliott, and Nicholas Sigmon.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers Larry Lail and James Lail and the mother of his children Deborah Ellis.
The family will receive friends from 3:00 PM - 4:30 PM Tuesday, March 14, 2023 at Jenkins Funeral Home. The funeral will be 4:30 PM Tuesday, March 14, 2023 at Jenkins Funeral Home Chapel with Preacher Phillip Moore officiating.
A graveside service and burial will be at 11:00 AM Thursday, March 16, 2023 at Catawba Memorial Park.
