Rose Allison

Rose Edna Allison, 79, of Newton passed away Thursday, November 3, 2022 at Catawba Valley Medical Center. Born May 31st, 1943 she was the daughter of the late Howard and Hazel Hicks.

She is survived by her two sons Tommy Allison and Danny Allison; daughters-in-law Debbie Allison and Linda Allison; grandchildren Nicole Allison, Allison Prestwood, Andy Young, Adam Flowers, and Tabitha Cornelius; and two great-grandchildren Lilly and Leah Cornelius.

She was preceded in death by her husband Daniel Thomas Allison and her daughter Rita Prestwood.

The funeral will be 2:00 PM Tuesday, November 8, 2022 at Jenkins Funeral Home with Pastor Aaron Causby officiating. Burial will follow at Catawba Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM Tuesday, November 8, 2022 at Jenkins Funeral Home.
