Sandra Frances Vest

Sandra Frances Vest, 77, of Maiden passed away peacefully Tuesday, April 1, 2025 at Frye Regional Medical Center. She was born March 2, 1948, in Mercer County, West Virginia.

She is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, Donald Vest, her son Ed Vest (Pam), her daughter Connie Vest Champ (David), and her many wonderful grandchildren and great grandchildren Ryan Vest (Nimrit), Will Vest (Gabbie), Sarah Vest, Jillian Khanehzarrin (Houman), Lauren Champ, Madelyn Champ, Natalia Champ, Walker Vest, Greyson Vest, Ellora Vest, and Rumi Vest.

She thoroughly enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, fishing, and creating arts and crafts. She also enjoyed going on trips and traveling with her husband to many places, especially the beach.

A Memorial Service will be held at 4:00pm, Friday, April 4, 2025 at Sweetwater Presbyterian Church, 500 21st St SE, Hickory, NC 28602.

The family will receive friends prior to the service from 3:00pm - 4:00pm, Friday, April 4, 2025 at Sweetwater Presbyterian Church, 500 21st St SE, Hickory, NC 28602.
