Serbert Belcher 80, of Taylorsville died Thursday, October 1st, 2015 at Conover Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Born December 19th, 1934, His son Charlie and wife Cynthia of Taylorsville survive him. In addition to his son; two grand children, Bradly Thigpen of Taylorsville and Tiffany Clarke of Newton; and nine great grand children also survive him.
