Sharon Wise

Sharon Kay Chambers Wise, 71, of Greensboro, NC, died Sunday, April 16th, 2017 at her home.  Born October 25, 1945, she was the daughter of the late Harley Chambers and Thelma Marie Cox Chambers.  She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Charles "Wayne" Wise.  Two daughters, Susan Wise of Burlington, Julie Amerson and husband Charles of Greensboro; two brothers, Gary Chambers and wife Pat of Lawton, OK, and Randy Chambers; and a number of cherished nieces and nephews survive her.  In addition to her parents, a sister Shelia McDaniel precedes her in death.  Sharon retired from Lee Industries in Newton, NC in 2011.  She was a faithful member of Mays Chapel United Methodist Church, and was eternally grateful for their friendship and help throughout the years.  A Celebration of Sharon's Life will be held on Saturday, April 22nd at 3:00pm at May's Chapel United Methodist Church.  The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:30 at the church.  Mays Chapel United Methodist Church is  located at 1707 Mays Chapel Road, Maiden, NC 28650.
