Shirley Schronce

Shirley Anne Schronce 69 of Lincolnton died Tuesday January 15, 2013 at Catawba Regional Hospice in Sherrills Ford. Born October 28,1943 she was the daughter of Estelle Sanders of Kings Mountain and the late Oscar Durell Sanders. A daughter, Tammy Hilton and husband Dwayne of Maiden; a son, Johnny Schronce and wife Pat of Conover; five sisters, Loretta Sipe, Kathy Lovelace, Jane Starnes, Diane Fite all of Kings Mountain and Lillian Hendricks of Kings Mountain; four grandchildren, Nicole Hilton, Zach Hilton, Robbie Huffman and Frank Williams and seven great grandchildren survive her. A sister, Libby Seagle preceded her in death. The funeral will be 2:00 p.m., Thursday January 17, 2013 at Jenkins Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Edwin Elmore of Covenant Baptist Church officiating. Burial will follow at Jenkins Cemetery. The family will receive friends 1-2:00 p.m., Thursday, January 17, 2013, one hour prior at the funeral home.
