Stacy Puckett

Stacy Lee Puckett, 41 of Newton died Monday, July 28th, 2014. Born July 26th, 1973 He was the son of James Puckett and Cynthia Puckett. He worked for many years at Hickory Springs Manufacturing Company. He was a devoted and loving husband, father, son and uncle. Stacy was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church in Conover. In addition to his parents, James and Cynthia Puckett of Claremont, his wife of 10 years, Tanya Gail Puckett of the home; a step-daughter, Katlyn Delvechio of the home; a step son, Tyler Barrymore of the home; a twin brother, Tracy Lynn Puckett of Morganton; a sister, Vanessa Dawn Puckett of Newton; his mother-in-law, Terri McCrary of Conover; his God grandmother, Kathryn Finger of the home; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews survive him. His maternal grandparents, Cecil and Hazel Penley and his paternal grandparents, James H. Puckett and Verona Setzer preceded him in death. A celebration of Stacy's life and worship service will be 2:00 pm Saturday, August 2nd, 2014 at Emmanuel Baptist Church with Pastor Brian Corell officiating. The family will receive friends from1-2:00 pm Saturday, August 2nd, 2014 at the church. Memorials may be made to Emmanuel Baptist Church Building Fund 1405 Emmanuel Church Road, Conover, NC 28613.
