Susan Carol Hahn 60 of Conover passed away Tuesday, January 15th, 2019 at Catawba Regional Medical Center. Born, March 30th, 1958 she was the daughter of Sidney Earl and Anna Soliday Smith and the late Jane Carolyn Smith.
Her husband Jeff Carol Hahn; a son Jeff Dewey Hahn and wife Kerissa of Conover; and two grandchildren Darcy Hahn and Addie Eller survive her.
In addition to her mother; a son Robert Hahn preceded her in death.
A Celebration of life will be held at 1:00 pm Monday, January 21st, 2019 at Jenkins Funeral Home.
The family will receive friends following the service.
