Jose Noel Tapia-Moreno of Hickory passed away, Tuesday, November 22, 2022, at Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center. Born Monday, November 21st, 2022, he was the son of Noel Tapia-Perez and Maria Guadalupe Tapia.

Surviving Jose is, Elena Perez Adame and David Tapia Rodriguez (grandparents), Luisa Tapia Perez (uncle), Jose Gustavo Tapia Perez (uncle), Maria de los Angeles Tapia Perez (aunt), Gracias Tapia Perez (aunt), Patricia Tapia Perez (aunt), Jorge Armando Tapia Perez (uncle), Carmen Tapia Perez (aunt), and Verónica Tapia Perez (aunt).

Jose is preceded in death by his uncle Rodolfo Tapia Perez.

The family will receive friends from 1-3PM Saturday 3, 2022, following the service at 3PM and a burial at Jenkins Funeral Home.
