Teena Myers

Teena Marie Shook Myers, 52 of 13th Street, SW, Hickory died Saturday, December 19, 2009 at her residence. Born June 30, 1957, she was the daughter of Virginia Elloree Huss Shook of Durham, NC & the late Andrew Fred Shook, Sr.  Teena was an avid cat lover & Earnhardt fan. She loved her grand-daughter and family. A daughter; Jamie Kerley of Taylorsville, NC, two sisters; Debra Smith of Durham, NC, Lissa Coley of Durham, NC, a brother; Andrew Fred Shook, Jr., of Wilmington, NC and a grand-daughter, Erica Helms of Taylorsville survive her. Her husband, Michael Myers & her grand-parents; William Clay & Ruth Huss preceded her in death. A Memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm, January 2, 2010 at the home of Lissa Coley, 1903 Kirkwood Drive, Durham, NC. Condolence messages may be sent to www.jenkinsfuneralhome.net. The Myers family has entrusted arrangements to Jenkins Funeral Home & Cremation Service in Newton.Â
