Troy Fowler

Troy Lee Fowler, 76 of 12th Street NE, Hickory died Sunday September 19, 2010 at Brian Center- Viewmont. He was born, February 1, 1934, the son of the late Thomas Whitefield Fowler and Aetna Lena Smith Fowler. Troy & his brother owned Fowler Brothers Sand & Gravel in Dallas, Texas for many years. His wife, Willie Mae Rice Fowler of the home; a daughter, Ellen Goss of Hickory, two sons, Charles Fowler of Dallas, Texas & Rick Fowler of Shelbyville, Tennessee ; two sisters, Joyce Fowler of Louisiana and Wanda Fowler of Florida and four grand-children survive him. Two brothers, Bill Keith Fowler and John G. Fowler preceded him in death. Graveside services will be held at a later date in Mount Pleasant, Texas.
