Vance "Teddy" Theodore Potts, Jr., 60, of Lincolnton died Saturday, March 2, 2024, surrounded by his loving family at his Home. Born May 29, 1963, he was the son of the late Vance Theodore Potts Sr. and mother Christine Parker.
He was a truck driver for 26 years. He loved to fish and watch the Bronco's play football. He was a Jackson Brown fan and was always listening to music. He was always seen wearing a fedora. Vance was a poet and an artist. He never missed an opportunity to tell everyone in his life just how much he loved them. He had the most beautiful eyes and the most perfect smile. He called his daughter, Kandi, "Kid" never by her given name.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife, Renee Potts, of the home. His cherished pet of 17 years Bailey Ann Potts. His mother Christine Parker, three children; Kandace Potts (Budda), Tara Potts, and Stephen Potts. Three siblings; Ronda Wilson, Kimberly White, and Butch Parker. Three grandchildren; Marina, Bryant, Cindy, and one great grandchild, Isaiah.
He will forever be missed by his beautiful wife and loving children.
The family has planned a private memorial service at a later date.
