Virginia Mcrae

Virginia Lu McRae, 72, of Hickory passed away Sunday, July 21st, 2024 at The Greens at Viewmont. Born, June 27th, 1952 she was the daughter of the late Roosevelt Harris and Annie Bell Harris.

She is survived by her sister, Bennie McCombs of Hickory; her grandchildren, Susan Ikard, and Antonio Carlos Harris; her great-grandchildren, Malik Ikard, and Antonio Harris Jr; and her nephew, Darren McCombs.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Theodore McRae; her children, Rosie Harris Ikard, Teresa McRae, Rodney A. McRae, Charles R. McRae, and Terry L. McRae.

The family will have a visitation Friday, July 26th, 2024 from 2-3PM in Jenkins Funeral Home Chapel with the service following at 3PM in Jenkins Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Elouise Farley officiating the service.
