Walter Davis

Walter Dennis Davis, 74 of Granite Falls passed away Sunday, July 16th, 2017.  Born February 7th, 1943 he was the son of the late Joseph Davis and Anne Howell Davis.    His wife of 12 years, Jenny Jordan Davis of the home; a daughter, Lynne Davis Barrier and husband Randy of Granite Falls; a step daughter, Regina Morrow and husband Travis of Lenoir; a brother, Marc C. Davis, Sr. and wife Frieda of Hickory; grandchildren, Olivia Pesterfield, Ashton Pesterfield and Cove Pesterfield, Maranda Davis, Rebecca Davis and Kaylee Davis and Taylor Morrow and two nieces and four nephews survive him. A son, Michael Davis; two brothers, Joseph D. Davis, Jr. and Kevin F. Davis, Sr. and a nephew, Kevin F. Davis Jr., preceded him in death.
