Wardlaw Linder

Wardlaw "Bud" Linder, 95, of Hickory died Wednesday, June 8, 2022 at Brian Center Lincolnton. Born May 22nd, 1927 he was the son of the late Wadd Linder and Ida Linder.
His son, Darryl Linder (Jane) of Hickory; his daughter, Susan Archer (Rick) of Lincolnton; his brothers, Frank Linder of Hickory and Garland Linder of Hickory; his sister, Julia Casper of Landis and four grandchildren, Staci Clark, Heather Archer, Kimberly Archer Young and Ryan Archer survive him.
In addition to his parents, his wife, Etta Linder; his son, Everette Wardlaw Linder; his grandson, Ward Linder who gave his life serving in Iraq; preceded him in death.
The funeral will be 11:00 A.M. Saturday, June 11, 2022 at Tabernacle Baptist Church with Pastor Scott Hooks officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00-11:00 A.M. and burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery.
