William Pulliam

William Wade Pulliam 93 of Granite Falls passed away Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at Burke Hospice & Palliative Care. Born Wednesday, February 29th, 1928 he was the son of Ralph Collins Pulliam and Marguarite Pulliam. He was a US Air Force Veteran serving from 1948-1952. He enjoyed poetry, painting, drawing, bird watching and the outdoors.

Those left to cherish his memory are two sons, Kelly Pulliam and wife Lora of Hickory and Will Pulliam and wife Paula of Granite Falls; eight grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren and a beloved caregiver, Belinda Norville.

He was preceded in death by his wife Maxine Pulliam, two sons, Patrick Pulliam and David Pulliam and a brother, Stuart Pulliam.

The family will receive friends from 2-6:00 pm Sunday April 11, 2021 at the residence of his son Will Pulliam 20 Laurel Street Granite Falls, NC 28630.  The family requests that any floral arrangements be sent to that address.
