William White

William Enoise White, 86 of Country Land Lane, Vale, died Friday April 10, 2009. Born September 22, 1922 he was the son of the late John William White and Clarice Irene Tillitson White. A US Air Force Veteran, he was an avid hunter and enjoyed the mountains. Most of his life he worked in his own upholstery business. Two daughters, Patricia White Smith of Thomasville and Rene White of Thomasville; a son, Jack Robert White of the home; a sister, Obelia Boone of Lexington; two brothers, Max White of Roxboro and Kenneth White of Surfside Beach, NC, 10 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren survive him. His first wife, Georgia Lula Kersey White, his second wife Helen White, and a son, Roger Enoise White preceded him in death. A memorial service will be 10:00 am Friday, April 17, 2009 at the chapel of Jenkins Funeral Home in with Rev. Fred Pender officiating. Condolence messages may be sent to www.jenkinsfuneralhome.net.
