Yessenia Dodero

Yessenia Vanessa Dodero, 33, of Hickory died Friday, February 9, 2024. Born September 5th, 1990 she was the daughter of Brian Keith Blake and Martha Isela Dodero. She graduated from Newton Conover High School in 2009. Yessenia was a loving mother, daughter, granddaughter, sister and niece. No matter how difficult life was treating her she never hesitated to help someone else. She loved animals, music and singing, and above all her children.

She leaves behind her daughter, Aaliah; son, Elijah, grandmother/mother, Nuria; stepgrandfather, Jose; mother, Martha; stepfather, Gregorio; uncle, Jerry; aunts, Desiree and Nunu; sisters, Kandia, Brianna, Jasmine, and brother Brandon; cousins, Amber, Dylan; nieces, Milani and Elianna. She is also survived by her father, Brian Keith Blake, and her brothers and sisters; She is also loved and remembered by her grandmother, Elizabeth Rutherford, her aunts, uncle, and cousins. You will be missed.

She will forever live in our hearts and through her children. We will forever love you, sweet dreams baby!
